I appreciate their customer service and friendliness. They always greet me by name when I go in and they are always personable. I work in customer service, so customer service is a big deal for me and they are spot on as far as that goes. I don't have to worry about not getting helped because I have jeans on. Faini Designs Jewelry Studio always does a great job but even more so around the holidays. Other places do not seem to handle the extra work load nearly as well. I especially appreciate the fact that they double checked my ring fitting and their close attention to details. -Dan

Happily Engaged!

I proceeded to Faini Designs after getting approval from my fiancé’s father. He said that G Faini was the family jeweler and that I needed to see him right away. So I met Mr. Faini and knew right away, why he was the family jeweler. He listened to what I was looking for and we came up with a sketch and in 2 days the mock up was ready and a week later, so was the ring.
