45 minutes late for wellness check up because child was sick and not well. Took longer than expected to arrive to appointment. Sinuses bled and my child needed cleaned up. Receptionist very rude and stated that I should have known. This was not the first time. Have been refused for service for owing 15 DOLLARS. My child is also behind on vaccinations for owing this 15 DOLLARS. Also would like to address the fact that there is a Dr Lorenz that is OBVIOUSLY over using her personal prescriptions. She has been high EVERY time we saw her. Too much adderall or meth. My daughter is not in need of emergency care, so will bring to my family doctor. Using a family doctor is highly recommended. Please put thought into those who treat our kids. They are our future.
