Over the past 40 years, Lane's Radio, TV, & Appliances has evolved into Lane TV & Satellite. After going back to school (many times!) and earning certifications in Receive Only and Two-way satellite systems, Don Lane has expanded his service expertise to cover most everything satellite related.\nWe serve both residential and commercial customers, as well as several government agencies. We handle referrals for work in the Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania service area, from several satellite service companies, from New York to Florida, and even Ohio to California!

My 95 year old mother's dish quit working on one night. I called Mr. Lane the next morning and he figured out over the phone that she needed a new box. It is an older model that he didn't have on hand, so he ordered a replacement one for her. I understand that UPS got the box to his house about 6:00 PM the following day and he got it ready and was at Mom's house by 7:30! (I found out that he skipped his Bible Study just to take care of my mother.)
I couldn't be happier! I believe he REALLY cares about people.

I am really happy with his work. He did a nice clean job and it looks good and works good.
I just had to write to say how helpful Mr. Lane is. My dish wasn't workingand I called them at Dish and spent almosa whole hour on the phone and then they said I need a new boxes and I would have to wait 4 days for it. I called Mr. Lane and he said it didn't sound like a bad box. It was Christmas eve and I had people coming to visit and no TV. He said to wait and he'd see what he could do. 90 mintes later he showed up and fixed my problem. He did charge me for a service call but he chargd me the regular rate and when I tried to pay him extra for a special trip, he said NO!
Don Lane has been my satellite television provider for over 15 years. He and his wife run an honest Christian business. He has always been available to answer my questions. He performs service calls in a timely manner and goes above and beyond anyone else I've ever heard of.
I HIGHLY recommend Lane TV & Satellite for any and all of your satellite, Internet, and television needs.
