My tractor/trailer broke down in the middle of a snowstorm and dillon towing was called to tow us out of the situation. This would have been fine, but we were charged a total of $4991 total, including over $2900 in storage fees! I understand the cost of towing a tractor in the middle of a storm, so I don't dispute the towing charges although they seemed overpriced.

My problem came with the ridiculous storage fees! My truck was stuck in CO with a blown engine, but because it happened over the christmas holidays and in the middle of a nationwide snow storm, the truck was stuck there for several weeks. I felt very taken advantage of when I received a bill of $1500 for "storage" of my truck, and another $1400 for storage of my trailer for circumstances that were beyond my control.

Where is customer service?? And just common decency to not use the weather/holiday circumstance to your advantage to made some extra bucks off of your customers!?

I am VERY disappointed with the level of customer care and professionalism of this company.

I wish it was possible to rate this place with NEGATIVE stars. A 1 star rating is way too generous a description for this "business". I have NEVER had a WORSE experience than dealing with Dillon Towing & Recovery. Chris, perhaps a manager or perhaps the owner, was the RUDEST most UNINTELLIGENT person that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only were we misquoted a towing price, but when we called to clarify the situation, Chris screamed at us, called us liars, used foul language and threatened us. I would rather be stranded on the side of the road for the rest of my life than ever deal with this unprofessional poor excuse of a company again. We are a local couple and are going to WARN EVERYONE WE KNOW AGAINST DILLON TOWING & RECOVERY.
