I had a problem with my truck and took it is for service, i did not have a appointment but they got me right in. Everything was coveredand under warranty, but the most important thing is that it was fixed and redy to go when they said it would be. Nice job Harry

They were very helpful and kind, this will be our last car so we wanted it to be special, the whole sales crew was wonderful to us. the best part is we have done service with them a long time and now that we have a new car we can just stop by and sit and have coffee with everyone who works here, instead of waitting in service.

Cant seem to fix anything,even after several attempts they just blame everything but the problem. Very ruud and not very helpfull. I was told there service department was very bad but I still took my car there, what a mistake. They never have rentals available. Highly recommend any other dealer but this one. I have always purchased chevy and never have i experianced this type of service from a chevy dealer. in fact ive always had excellent service from chevy. Ive experianced this with this dealer several times i will never return to this location. I would recommend Med Ved much better customer service skills.The worst chevy experiance ever.
