Despite them length of time it took to get my turn, the guard and I chatted a bit when he was not busy and we had a few laughs now and then. Them office always seems to be busy and it would be nice if more people could be hired but when I got my chance to talk with them representative, I tried to be quick and to the point. It only took a couple minutes, the rep was very nice, I told her that I hope she has a great day and I was on my way, no problems! I guess I was the lucky one. I just try to approach people as if they are having a terrible day and greet them with a smile and even if I am mad about something else, I try to not let them know with my attitude and maybe there attitude will change for the better. I always try to leave them in a better mood and thank them even if things didn't go the way I hoped. It's not there fault so don't go o.oiff on them, it won't change anything and you just hurt someone that is just trying to help out. I do wish you all a Great Day

I was treated so rudely by the security gaurd and staff there. Because I brought my 3 children with me. Never will I go there again.

I came into this office today to replace my social security card after losing my wallet. I had a birth certificate, and my temporary license replacement. I was told they don't accept temporary licenses despite the fact they are in fact a valid identification! A government office won't accept a valid ID? Are you kidding me? That's appalling, and quite frankly, I'm furious. Not only was my identification turned down, but the man who "took care" of me was incredibly rude and short with me, only for me to be told, "Well, we don't accept those," and, "that's too bad."



I'll definitely be going to Seattle to have this handled instead where I won't be treated like crap.
