1/31/2015 terrible service went in with intention of trading my 2009 road glide towards a 2011 Heritage Softail Classic told them i wanted 10600 for my bagger and would give them 3000 cash and drive out on 2011, after they looked at my bike they came back with counter offer of 10000 trade in and 3500 cash, i said ok 3000 cash and my trade in they let this sale go for 500dollars are they that hard up for cash there cause 500 dollars stoped this sale from happening, worst sales and customer service ever, go to lawless harley they take care of the customer.

I went in to Destination Harley in Silverdale with the intention of buying a sportster 1200 xl. After being told that it was not possible to get the exact paint that I wanted, I was pointed to the parts department to order a few extra parts. Three people were working this section and only one was with a customer. After waiting for five minutes and making eye-contact with the two workers, I finally asked if they were busy. They acted as if I was wasting their time. Then they gave me a hard time when I was trying to order the part. I walked out without buying the bike. I'd rather drive an hour to Seattle to buy than give my business to someone who doesn't appreciate it.

terrible service, mistreated, disrespected,and looked at dirty,the looks the people there is very aggresive especially the owner which he calls himself,the other service and sales people are unpolite,and smart mouthed punks, I think you need to all go back to your mothers and learn disapline,the hard way.

I was at the shop today this is second time I was up there to purchsse a wallet that was first purchased as a Christmas gift. I had to add 30 dollars out of my own pocket to purchase a wallet similar to my old one. However when I got home and was going to start changing wallets I noticed it was a left handed wallet. So I drove back up to Silverdale this is my 3rd trip up there. I got the wallet I didn't really want but it was the closest to the wallet that I am use to using. They would not refund the difference I just paid like an hour before! Except to purchase something at ther shop with there little Visa I don't want anything they have I recomend you go to other Harley Shops before going to this one THEY S IICK!! Or Go anywhere but here for your purchases.i HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED WITH SUCH LITLE RESPECT!!! ESPECIALLY AT A HARLEY SHOP!
