My wife and I went with Celebration Photography as our wedding photographer based on a reccommendation from her sister who used them for her own wedding. We saw the pictures and were pleased. They have some good packages for differnt budgets.

When you visit for the first time, they are very helpful, and willing to please... as soon as they have your deposit, it's another story.

We had an engagment session which went well, we ordered a collage of several pics from the session which was supposed to be ready in a few weeks... we didn't get it until two days before our wedding, and it appeared as though it were thrown together at the last minute.

A couple months after we signed up with them, their office near us in Mission Viejo closed without notice. We asked a representative where to send our final payment, and they told us to send it to the Los Angeles office. What they forgot to tell us was that that office was about to close as well. Well by the time our check reached the office, it was closed, and our payment was late. What was really infuriating was that they wanted to charge us a late fee for the late payment. Any further business with them required that we drive to their office in Long Beach.

Phone calls were rarely returned as were e-mails. Overall, they were the most difficult vendor to deal with of all of our wedding vendors.

In the end, we were happy with the pics, and the album, but remain dissatisified with the lack of professionalism, communication and service.
