Duane of Goen's waited from 9:00 am at the Enterprise car rental office in Sierra Vista for them to release a car so he could drive it to me in Bisbee and trade out a faulty car I had rented at the Tucson airport. He finally got here at 4:00 and gave excellent service. Please thank him.

My car broke down in Sierra Vista and we were staying in Tombstone (live in PHX). Well I called AAA and they sent Mike from Goens tow-en. It was late at night and O'reillys wasn't open until the next day. Mike called O'reillys and ordered an alternator to be delivered the following day. We dropped off my truck on his property and his son Daniel drove me and girlfriend to Tombstone that night and picked us up in the morning!! When we got to O'reillys in the morning it was closed so Mikes family welcomed us with their hospitality for a few hours while the part was delivered. We went to O'reillys and grabbed the part and when we got back Mike had already taken out my alternator ready to be replaced so we can hit the road back to PHX. Our experience was very professional and they welcomed us with warm hearts. They went the extra mile, and a mile after that! No words can explain how welcoming and helpful they were to us. We even made a few friends!! Thank you Mike and your family!!

My motorcycle broke down in Bisbee today. Called AAA and Duane from Goen's came out. He definitely went "the extra mile" to help me and I really appreciate it. A real professional.

AAA sent your company out today to get my van off the highway, it was a high priority call. I do not remember the driver's name I hope you can get it from the call record.
