This is in response to the reviews below. Regarding cigarettejones, we offered financing because she did not have the money. We repeatedly called her to set up time, but did not get a response, so Sun Roofing figured if we could not contact the customer to set up the job, then we would have the same problem for payment. There was a communication problem, however, it was not on our part. Regarding JR4422, we always reply to all customer service isssues and go above and beyond to resolve them.

Called about a couple parts of my roof near the gutters that had rotted fascia and rotted soffits..We wanted to get these parts replaced and to have new gutters and spouts installed as well..(A one day job)..We chose them from the phonebook because the ad said they don t use subcontractors and they also do financing..The rain would waterfall in these areas and eventually would flood my basement pretty severely when it rained..We were concerned about this because of the collateral damage that it would cause inside the house in the basement..He said he would be able to come the next day to assess and calculate an estimate and also to give us a date when they would start the work..The next day, he never showed and we called and the secretary said he was stuck at another job and he was sorry and that he would come 2 days later at 10:30am..He didn t show up until 12pm..When he came, he looked at it for 2 minutes and went to his truck and came back with a contract for $1,700 When we mentioned financing, he was hesitant, then we mention how his ad mentions financing and that was one of the reasons we called his business, then he reluctantly agreed to $200/month financing, and he said they d be back sometime in the middle to late next week. That next week on Monday, we called to specify an exact date because another big rainstorm was on its way that Thursday..They never answered their phone and when we left a message, it was never returned..Called again Tuesday and got the voicemail again, and again, our message wasn t returned..We had to buy a tarp from Home Depot for $120 so it would cover the area or we would be spending the whole day again using the wetvac...The tarp worked and on that Thursday when it was raining, they called and said that because of the rain they couldn t do it and would call us again on Monday to set up the date..(Why would you need to call us on Monday to set up the date when you are already on the phone with us on the Thursday?)..Monday came, and if you guessed that they didn t call us, you are a winner !!!...Needless to say we called on Tuesday (Left another voicemail...pathetic) and told them to cancel the contract because it was obvious they didn t want to take on the job..We don t do business with people we cannot trust...(What we found out the first day he didn t show and they answered the phone, she asked for our phone number and thats what they use to find the file for the job, so obviously they were screening the caller id and chose not to answer the phone for us, which is not the correct way to go about customer service)...So if you pick this business because they advertise financing, don t get your hopes up that they ll even show..They say that they do financing but are very hesitant to do your job and aren t concerned with their commitment with customer service and in hindsight, not so sure they are competent enough to do the job correctly because it isn t a concern to them to show urgency to their customer base ! ..The guy s name who owns or runs this business is Robert Diciano AKA Woody...Stay away from this guy !

Sun Roofing is sleazy. They try to sell you on being a big deal, only dealing with the owner, quality jobs, beat any competitors price. Then the install the roof and it leaks and has problems. I have called and called and they NEVER call me back. I had to get another roofer to fix the problems that they left because their guys didn't take the time to do it right. Stay away from this company. The quality of their work is terrible and we've had to replace both the roof and a bunch of drywall. The are the WORST company EVER!
