i rate them a 5 star hair braid techs.. the service was great.. ive been three times already. i dint mind payn whatever price they give . because the work they do looks like its worth every penny

I've gone here once before. The braids were nice and the service was ok. However, they showed their true colors today. They were late for my scheduled appointment and acted as if I shouldn't have a problem with that. When I scheduled my appointment they said they would have the hair for the braids I wanted. However, when I arrived today they told me they didn't have the hair and that I would either have to get a different style or go buy the hair myself. Maybe I wouldn't have thought twice about going to get the hair had the owner not been so rude or "matter-of-factly" about it. She acted as if she was doing me a favor; like I wasn't about to spend my money for her service. Not to mention their braids are overpriced. I understand that there aren't many braid shops in Shreveport, but that doesn't give you the right to treat your customers any kind of way..especially when they are paying as much as this place charges. Needless to say.. I left. I know one thing..Never again!!!
