Me and my wife were looking to buy a manufactured home went to 3 different places in show low and snow flake ,found at the home source that the quality of homes on there lot were much better than any other place we went to, and the knowledge was way beyond the other places we visited , yes buying a home could be somewhat stressful but the key is to listen and understand what they are saying ,back to the knowledge every question we asked was answered ,about land , legal stuff (county),and the home , if they was not sure they made it a point to find out and reply with in a day or two ,they are Extremely knowledgeable . Ron and Ronnie are two stand up guys ,no problems at all with the buying from them Highly recommend the home source , I hope this helps future buyers out there . thanks ken

Ron Bishop is a liar and fraud. Do not trust them! I would never recommend them to anyone. I am taking him and his developer Craig Kakavas for fraud with Apache county. After close, no water meter on site and many other commitments not met after 80 days.
