OUR office accepts most insurances and some vision plans. Please call your insurance Company to find OUT if we participate with your plan, a referral from your primary care physician (PCP) MAY BE required prior to your visit. It is OUR policy that it is the Patient’s responsibility to BE sure that a referral is obtained before being seen by the doctor. We Also participate in care credit. And CARECREDIT PAY MY provider. Which allows YOU to PAY your bills securely online with your care credit account. If YOU are coming to US for a routine EYE exam. It is vital that YOU check with your carrier to verify whether YOU are covered for routine benefits before your visit. Please Bring your insurance cards to every visit. We DO require CO PAY and deductibles to BE paid AT the time of your visit.
