I was a patient for 10yrs and received satisfactory work and had a good relationship with him. Because I am diabetic my treatment needed extra attention which he started not to follow through with letting it get worst. Starting with a partial which never fit right from the start and his solution was grinding it so much that there was not much left and than decay in my lower front teeth close to the gum line and when I brought it up that they needed to be fixed he always say next time and the end result they got worst. My wife wrote him a letter in Dec addressing our concerns and he chose to ignore it with no reply. This just shows what happens when you put your trust with a care provider to do what's right and most of the time there is no follow through!
