I started renting here last month and got a great deal. They offer a free truck, although I already had my own truck but I think that's a really cool bonus. I really recommend this storage.

This place is the best deal in the Seattle area, the facility is nice, but the people are even nicer. I was suprised that they were so interested in my needs, it feels good to have people actually listening to what I need. They even offer a free a move in truck that I used! I only have a small Honda, the truck saved me a hundred loads.

That's what their banner said at least...I don't buy into that stuff usually. I went to their website because I always shop around before I spend money on anything- they seemed to offer alot of stuff other storages weren't offering like a free move in truck and free boxes, ect...but I drive by the facility everyday and it looks very fancy so I assumed they just included those "free" things in the cost. I decided to call them and the woman who answered the phone gave me a quote right away that was outstanding along with a move-in special (I really needed that). I wasn't sure what size I needed and she told me I would get a gift just for coming down (I assumed it would be a pen or something stupid) When I got down there they promptly showed me several units and the man showing them was so friendly and really seemed to care about what I needed. I told them I needed to think about it and they gave me a gift even though I didn't rent right then (a cooler with coke!) So happy it was an actual "gift"- The next day after work I went and rented the unit, there wasn't a lot to think about- A very unusually wonderful experience.
