i just needed to share an experience i had visiting your store i recently visited the deli area and noticed that they had a new employee Matt R. he was very professional ,helpful and got me my order in a reasonable amount of time thank you for adding him on a great addition to the store

The cashiers are great but their management is very unprofessional I saw a manager named David belittle a cashier right before my very eyes. It brought the cashier to tears. I understand she was on her cell phone and shouldn't have but he could have handeled it in a professional manner instead yelled at her in front of the customers made her cry ant then laughed at her. I said to him what did you do to her she was just smiling he responded with "nothing" I hope that poor girl goes to the union because that was wrong.

Without doubt, this supermarket is one of the cleanest I've ever shopped in. Their product selection is comparable or superior to any other market in the area. As far as service goes, I recently encountered a problem with an Amazon Gift Card I purchased there: the redemption code was unreadable. One of the Managers behind the Customer Service Desk, CRYSTAL, proved so incredibly helpful in trying to resolve this issue Amazon, I feel compelled to bring her unparalleled performance on my behalf to the attention of everyone I can. I just want to say, "Thank you CRYSTAL for going the extra mile.....more like 10 miles.....to help rectify an issue that was not even attributable to Stop & Shop at all."

Will not not shop there again waited 10 minutes in line while a man ran to get bread crumbs,terrible while cashier let him
