I am feed up with this location and after reading some of the reviews on this web site it looks like I am not the only one who feels the same as I do. I work at a place of business that is known for its customer service and hard working employees. So at first I thought my standards were to high and that I was expecting to much from a fast food establishment . But all I have ever expected from this location is good food, good customer service and if ever i might have a issue that a well train member of management or even then owners might take the time and effort to convince me that they will learn and teach there employees ways not to repeat the problems that occur at this and all locations owned by Double K ventures Inc. I take it that the owners are proud of there many locations around the Portland area. The money they spend to remodel about every 6-10 years all there locations and how they post there contact signs at the end of there drive thru lane. Making you believe if there was ever a issue that was worth calling that they would be on the other end of that phone with a note pad taking notes of your experience and taking notes how to resolve future issue and pass them on to there many management team to discuss and train there young crew. From a personal experience I'm sad to say that this is not the case. If you are at your breaking point and want to discuss your experience you can call that number and yes you will get someone but it will not be the owners.:( but you will be assured it will be passed on and the location manager will be notified. Not the case again. After the third time calling I requested to be contacted by the owner via text, email, or phone call but I guess they are busy because I'm still saint to be contacted. I hope someone at Double K reads this and realizes there is a issue at Sherwood location and does not take this as an attack but a lifeline being tossed the the owners of a sink ship. I hope this message get to the right hands and you can make things right and this locations .
