Really great business, Deborah and Dani took care of my little guy while I was away on a business trip, couldn't be happier! :)

Unfortunately I had a family emergency in Colorado that meant me having to buy an expensive ticket and the worse part was I have a dog that I just rescued 4 months ago that I have never left my side (I work from home) AND I don't know how he does at a boarding facility. I started to panic. I called places, I went to visit some here in Sherman Oaks, Studio City, North Hollywood and the only one that made ME feel comfortable was West Pack BnB. From the minute of calling and explaining everything to them, they calmed me down and explained how they run the business. During the meet n greet, it started off slow by introducing some dogs to my pitty and it went very well. I could not have been more relieved about this. Their pricing per night, $45 for the love they provide, the photos they send, the updates, it's just CHEAPER than any other place in the area. I'm running out of characters to type here, but yes highly recommended!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH.

I cannot recommend these girls more highly. We were nervous about leaving the dog all day but Danielle texted us videos and pics all afternoon of our happy pup. So glad to have found them. We will be back!! And our dog (Penny) had the time of her life. She slept soundly after a long day of fun with friends.

I had to travel on business for four days and leave my very shy chihuahua Custard for the very first time. I was freaked! So thankful that I found West Pack through Dog Vacay. Deborah, Danielle and Sandra were a lifesaver. They texted me photos, videos and updates, and they responded asap to my texts. Whew. I could see in the pics that Custard was having fun and relaxing with their dogs. I was so relieved! They have a safe secure home with baby gates everywhere and a large backyard for running around. When I picked her up she was more confident and at ease with the other dogs, and she went over to give Deborah a goodbye snuggle and lick. She had a wonderful stay. The ladies loved and spoiled my dog as much as I do! I will use them again and recommend the wholeheartedly to my friends with pets.

Simba had a blast with Danielle and Deborah! They sent plenty of pics and videos showing her running around and playing with all the other dogs...we felt very sure that Simba was having a safe and happy time. They were also very good about responding to any questions or concerns and even gave Simba a bath before we picked her up!! Best part is they give you a little gift bag (doggy bag??) for your pet when you leave which had homemade peanut butter balls, a handwritten card, and some coupons for other dog services. All in all Simba will definitely stay with them again!

West Pack BnB is really an amazing place to leave your baby. My son (dog) Lucky is very anxious around new people and other animals. After the initial meet n greet, I felt so comfortable with Danielle and Deborah. They cared about my baby. When I dropped him off, I immediately started receiving updates and photos which was so comforting!!! After a day, Lucky had opened up to all of them. I have a photo of them snuggling on the couch! THAT'S HUGE FOR LUCKY! It made me feel appreciated that they cared so much about the animals they watch. They're kennel free. They have a gorgeous backyard where Lucky and his friends played most of their day. It was really a great experience for us both and yes we do recommend them! We will be seeing them soon again. I highly recommend West Pack BnB. They have taken care of my two dogs on several occasions and treated them like royalty. I am very particular about who watches my dogs but felt totally at ease leaving them with West Pack BnB. As soon as I met the owners, I had total trust and faith in them. They are very friendly, caring and responsible. I will definitely take my dogs back to them!

We had the pleasure of using West Pack BnB for iur 3 babies - Sammie, Izzie and Nahla. This was a last minute need we had, due to an unfortunate duneral.we had to travel for to Europe. Wesr Pack BnB watched our dogs for 5 days and 4 nights - so grateful that we found this wonderful day care!!! Every day we received updates regarding our babies and we also received several pictures a day - this made the distance seem bearable. I feel that our dogs were more pampered and spoiled than if they would be home with us :))) Thank you West Pack BnB! Also, I must mentioned about how affordable they are compared to the quality if care they offer - we used a different kennel before...I must say...West Pack BnB is our day care from now on!! I can not mention enough of how grateful we are to have found them. Extremely professional, happy and overall animal lovers!!!

Everyday we were kept informed about our dogs welfare and we were sent pictures several times a day :)) I believe that our babies were more spoiled and pampered than if they were at home with us:) West Pack BnB is definitely our day care from now on - also I can not believe how inexpensive they are for the quality of service they offer, compared to the big day cares :))) A very much appreciated perk.

Danielle and Deborah are the absolute BEST. I travel for work often and looked for a LONG time to find a place I felt 100% comfortable leaving my two dogs.They always have fun with the other dogs, their place is clean and dog friendly-they send picture and video updates through-out their stay and are so knowledgable about dogs! Very personable and caring, I love these ladies and so do Lola and Max!
