I have been a faithful customer of taco john's for many years, but after today I will never be a customer again. They advertise a combo meal for 6.30. Then they ask if you want cheese on the burger. Of course, but then the combo meal price comes out to 7.90. That is 1.60 for a slice of cheese. When I asked the manager about it, he said that is just the way it is. $1.60 for a slice of cheese. No attempt to make it right and no posting of the price change on their menu board. The manager seemed to be proud that I just got screwed. signed: I just got screwed.

We live in Sheridan, Wy. Taco John's used to be our favorite fast food. Not so for the last 6 mos.. Drive-thru order accuracy is poor at best. Last 2 times we visited, order errors. Bringing the error to their attention is an insult to this staff. Very poor management skills for handling customers. We believe the animals are running the zoo. No management appears to either be on hand, or care to be bothered with customers. Maybe close the food service and open up as restaurant cleanliness service. If they kept the customers as happy as they keep their restaurant clean they'd get my biz back.
