I called Jims Towing and they arrived in less than an hour. The driver was very caring he had me sit in his truck while he pulled out my car. I was shocked when the driver got into his truck and told me that my car was back on the road. When I got out and looked at my car there wasn't a scratch on it. I was able to get into my car and drive it away. I didn't get the drivers name, but I just want to thank him and let Jim's Towing that if I ever get into another situation like that I will be calling them again.

When I confronted him about he denied it!! 3 witnesses one outside watched him do it!! After 4 days of futile attempts With the nastiest officer women trying to resolve this issue i finally get the pleasure of talking to the extremely rude owner he claims his company nor his driver has done anything wrong refuses to make it right...
