This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, dishonest, unhelpful and down right belligerent. Customer service is non-existent. They are nice during the install and then pretty much the worst people you will ever have to talk to anytime after. I would never recommend using them as I seriously regret buying my unit from them. Buy your HVAC from people who won't be a nightmare to deal with in the future since new units come with warranties and it is always possible you may need your HVAC dealer's assistance at some point. You definitely are not going to get it from Redd.
