I had Landers drill my well initially and later had them come back to put in submersible pump into our reservoir tank at our new home construction site. They also moved tank into pumphouse. Each request was met with professional expertise and their work ethic was exceptional. After all work was complete I received a call just to make sure all was well (pun intended) and were we completely satisfied. I respect their work, attention to detail and willingness to come when needed. I don't intend to build again but if I did I would definitely highly recommend them!

Mr. Landers was very professional and drilled where I needed him to. He suggested some extra casing as we went 31 feet of dirt before we hit rock. He explained the whole process and was very educational about the well drilling process. He also offered to come put my pumps in and wire them up when my house was built. Top notch business.

I told Landers about the dry well that had already been drilled years before by the road so to put the well where all the neighbors had their houses and wells up on the ridge. The potential buyer met with Landers and showed him where he was building his house on the ridge and Landers ignored him and drilled the easiest place, a few feet off the road, which of course was dry like the one years before. When I asked him why he drilled on the road, he said he couldn’t get up to the ridge because of the trees although he didn’t call me to tell me before he drilled. Now I have found that he has a reputation of drilling where he wants and puts a lien on your property if you are not satisfied. He doesn’t care if he finds water or not. He is a scam artist. He gets his money through liens and by the time you pay a lawyer to fight him, you have lost more money. $4000 for a pipe above ground you legally cannot remove and a mess of concrete.
