This is the only casino ive ever been too and im not real happy with it. My wife and I have been coming here for some time now and neither one of us has ever hit a jackpot or walked out with any kind of money. And when I put my players card in its like im tracked and lose more. The more money you spend here and lose the better they will treat you. I dont have that kind of money to spend. I will not be spending any more money at your casino. I am losing double every time because my wife can't seem to win either.

A-Bust ive had the exact problem the last time I was there and the exact thing you did and nobody did anything. I could have a little sympathy if they were handicapped or elderly but that wasn't the case. Also I had a blackjack dealer @ the $10. Minimum table try and tell me how I should play my hand if I didn't know how too play I wouldn't be sitting there. Dugh !!!

Hi I am a true player, the new cascino is a very nice place, but there are a lot of things that need fixing, like we had a 20 minute drive that toke us three hours to get there only to find you were filled to capacity. Finally we were able to get in only to find people sitting at machines just to have a seat and not playing the games. When I inquired about that to your business I was told that they could have one penny in the machine and nothing could be done because you don't have signs posted. I was really dissappointed that the setup wasn't better planned.I feel that some compensation should be due for time I spent not able to access a machine. I know your there to make money and I was trying to help but it was almost impossible. I KNOW IT WILL TAKE TIME FOR EVERYTHING TO BE PERFECT , PLEASE DON'T ALLOW PEOPLE TO SIT AT MACHINES AND NOT PLAY.
