Formed in 1958, Midwest Communications is a radio broadcasting company which operates several radio stations in states, including Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota and Indiana. Based in Wausau, Wis., Midwest Communications, parent holding company of Midwest Communications Inc. and Wrig Inc., owns 42 radio stations. The company has radio stations in various areas, such as Wausau, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, Sheboygan, Duluth, Green Bay, Lansing, Appleton, Hibbing, Terre Haute, Coldwater and Holland to name a few. Its radio stations include KDWZ 102.5 FM, KDAL 95.7 FM, KDAL 610 AM, WGEE 970 AM, WDSM 710 AM, WHBL 1330 AM, WBFM 93.7 FM and WXER 104.5 FM among others.
