The workers were friendly. We were not told of the video service option. So we made our own. We were told to bring it in to test it. When I brought it in they didn't have a usb hookup only a mac. When discussing this with the owner he told me I was told about the video service. He argued with me and then brought up other questions. He was very rude and non professional. We will not be using walker funeral home again.
