For quick and easy access to medical care this is the place to go I have been taking my family there since the opening in 2008 have been to ku south and others and this practice is quick and easy and not far to walk. It can take a month to get into your regular Dr.'s office and the hospital cost too much we have a lot of issues with asthma, back, and even pneumonia and skin conditions that they fixed. They run blood work and even xray. I would recommend them to anyone and even with the bad reviews I've seen I wonder who they went to after them and how they were treated. Dr.'s usually aren't real overly friendly and they could smile a little more here but they are serious about you and your health I don't know how much nicer they can be when you're serious. But really they are quick fast and efficient and if you have to come back if its within 3 days they don't charge you again. So for the after 5 pm aches and pains that you and your family get drop by and try this practice.

Why the bad reviews? My wife and I have both been here a few times and always received prompt and professional service. The PA I was seen by was more attentive to my concerns than many doctors I've had experience with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back. As to price, and service... try the SMH Emergency Room next time. Hah! Medical Express is a bargain with or without insurance.

Terrible people answering the phone and at the front desk. Raised the prices for a visit within a couple of months from $69 to $100. Ridiculous...

A waste of time and money. I waited a long time before a nurse finally told me they couldn't do anything to help diagnose or treat my injury. Because I submitted my insurance info, I also ended up paying a lot more than their advertised $69 advertised basic rate. Avoid this place.

Great service. My daughter got sick over the weekend and we went to this urgent care. The staff was fast and friendly and great with my child. Ends up she had an ear infection. They found the cheapest place that had the meds she needed and I left very happy.

Rude & unhelpful. Called about an issue I was having & the person who answered the phone couldn't care less. I tried to give him more information & he cut me off & put me on hold. Had me on hold for 5 minutes trying to find out if they could help me. I wouldn't trust these people with a splinter.
