All the staff has always been incredibly helpful to me. I lost my job and needed to cancel my membership. The manager offered to stop my payments and allowed me to keep coming in while I looked for a job. Luckily it didn't take long but seriously, how many places would do something like that? Very friendly place.

(The 1 star is a HIGH rating for this place!!) THIS is the WORST excuse for a "customer friendly" business. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. If you ever have an emergency I would not count on them to help you in ANY WAY at all! The "owner" Jim is a incredible RUDE individual that only wants to hear himself talk and will not listen to what you have to say! I now understand why there are so many people that I know that have STOPPED going to this gym! Maybe all the older "SILVER SNEAKERS" go there because they feel trapped!

A nice change from corporate ownership-this locally owned health club is great.
