Good rates and service. Payment processing is horrific. I always pay my bill on the 15th of the month electronically and I select, PAY NOW as opposed to the due date. ALWAYS. Two or three times a year it doesn't get processed and I get a notice a few days after that I'm late, oh, and there's an added late fee.It must be wonderful to be a municipal monopoly on the supply of energy. Customer Service? Please!
