I have been a loyal customer for many years. I called the owner because this is the second time they short changed me one pill..so instead of offering to correct the mistake with an appology and replace missing pill, he suggested in a rude way that maybe i dropped it....no i explained that professionally i took care of patients so i am aware how to give a nd how to take meds....so then he explained that the problem is that these particular pills are very expensive....i told him that i already paid for my prescription ....he finally agreed.....And i have decided i should take my business elsewhere......
