Often times the "Engima" center for kids is very unruly and not supervised. Restroom for community center is located very close to "Engina" through 2 doors. Last Friday I was going to use the walking track and used the restroom first. 10 kids were in the bathroom listening to rap music with a large portable radio and sitting on the sinks.. One young kid actually used his fingers to pretend to make a gun and shoot me in the head. All in all this is a horrible design "Engima" and young girls are always sitting on the floor texting outside restroom and in the way. the guy with the limp (staff) was at the desk and not aware of anything. You could hear the music play outside the restroom. We need security to send these punks home so the rest of us can exercise. Tax dollars were wasted on this. Adults need to have separate bathrooms from the punks before one of them gets in trouble with an adult.
