Alex Christensen made me so very happy. My 3 diamond ring, which is 46 yrs old needed re tipping. It is yellow gold but had white gold settings. It was never quite right. A lady at work referred me to Christensen Jewelers because she said they fixed her ring that kept snagging on her sweaters. I went into the store with my friend and they cleaned and polished my rings for me without charging me and gave me a free coffee while I waited. They seemed to be a little understaffed on the day I was in there. I didn't feel any pressure to buy anything. It was a refreshing change from some of the mall stores I take my rings to to get checked up.
