General Info

Our specialties are rehabilitative massage and pain management. These involve the assessment of the soft tissue dysfunction causing pain and assisting the body in correcting that dysfunction. We incorporate techniques from many massage modalities, including: Orthopedic Massage, Neuromuscular Massage Therapy (Trigger Point Therapy), Myofascial Release, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, Anatomy Trains, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Sports Massage, Swedish Massage, Workplace Chair Massage.

We are located in the building behind Pizza Roma in Sewickley. As you are looking at the red brick building on Green Street from the big parking lot behind Bruggers, there are 2 doors directly under the big white numbers 432. The front door is for State Farm. The one just to the left of that will take you upstairs to where I am. At the top of the stairs, come through the door to the right and down the hall about 1/2 way.
