Founded in 1974 as the Community Foundation for Human Development, LifePath offers various programs and services for people with disabilities throughout Pennsylvania. Its services for children include occupational, physical, speech and vision therapies. The organization s Ridge Crest Pediatric Services division assists with transitional, respite and residential care, as well as organizes summer camps. LifePath maintains the Older Adult Center, which offers services for senior citizens with dementia and Alzheimer s disease. It maintains an adult training facility that offers classes in communication, cognitive, health and safety skills. The organization also runs vocational training programs and offers job assistance. Additionally, LifePath provides housing opportunities through its community homes, as well as offers in-home care. Its outpatient services include guidance counseling and psychiatric evaluation and treatment. The organization maintains one of its locations in Sellersville, Pa.
