Absolutely an office of people who try to pass the buck in helping you, if you call for a question they tell you to call the Ins CO, I asked them exactly what is their job. It took us today 5 phone calls to get the correct paperwork for a auto that was totaled to give to the Licensing Bureau,



I have had several other incidents with this office the owner assured me in the past all would be better NOT happening switching to State Farm out of Lees Summit where I know agents and staff are well trained and willing to help and go out of there way. I would not ever recommend this office.
