We had a smoked turkey from here at thanksgiving and it was totally tender and delish. They give instrux for reheating so it doesn't come out all tough and stringy. It was super easy and everybody was wowed by the smoky flavor. And no groaning about leftovers or turkey sandwiches from the kids either! I've had the coleslaw (delightful), the little cheesy potatoes (have to fight kids for these), the beef ribs (on the salty side but that's what Texas ribs are), the brisket (heaven) and OMG the best smoked salmon ever. The only minus is it's hard to park the car for picking up when the movies are running but that isn't the foods fault. I'll come earlier ;-)What makes it 5 stars: no gooey corn-syrup bbq sauce to scrape off (meat comes just smoked with sauce separate), the pick-up-and-take-home meat by the pound menu (yes! a score for my lazy night dinner list), and really (amazingly) good wine with my brisket.
