The owner of this shop is a businessman, not a mechanic or a machinist. He doesn't know the business, makes his employees miserable, and they have a lot of problems keeping employees. Really not the best place to get any work or repairs done. Many other places in Seattle that value their employees and give better service.Employees have a hard time doing a good job when they are not happy in their work.
