I will never return to this horrible shop. They are the most disorganized, unprofessional rip offs I have ever experienced. My shoes were supposed to be ready yesterday, so on my lunch break I went to pick them up. I literally waited for 1/2 hour while the woman looked for them. I finally went back and looked myself, only to find they hadn't even started working on them. I had to go back today only to wait AGAIN while she tried (unsuccessfully) to find another customer's shoes (he got frustrated and left!). I asked if she could knock off a few bucks for the inconvenience they caused me. She said "We don't do that." I told her that since their customer service was so poor, and the fact that she didn't even offer an apology, that I would never come back. She still didn't apologize nor did she try to fix the situation (I'm sorry but I have better ways to spend my lunch hour!). On top of it all, they're overpriced. Save your time, energy and money and find a cobbler elsewhere!
