Excellent: great customer service, follow up, and knowledge. Michael and Darrell are the best!! They will tell you how to do it yourself, saving so much money (and a nervous breakdown!).

We have received EXCELLENT advise and products from The Pest Store. Michael has educated us on how to deal with the roof rats in the Greenwood area. Other companies offered expensive ideas with NO guarantee. We now know that Seattle is one of the top 25 cities for roof rats. Our bait stations are visited by the rats and the bait works. My guess is that the area would be better served if all of our neighbors had bait stations, too. The colonies are out there. People would do well to learn from Michael, install the bait stations, and see the results for themselves. Thank you Michael for you expertise and patience while educating me. Gary Hill
