      Just got off the phone with Gail. She basically talked me out of using their service, saying I'd be better off just paying the very small bail in cash myself rather than paying the fee to them. That's what I call customer service!

      These guys were totally rude from the beginning, I can't beleive I went along with their little sales pitch. Turns out they charged me way over the normal 10% and ($1,500 for a $10,000 bond) and were very condescending when I questioned them about it. They hang around the courts like sharks waiting for an unsuspecting victim who's trying to get their loved one out of jail. Never again...

      LACEY O'MALLY HAS BEEN THE ONLY BAIL BONDS I'VE CALLED FOR THE HELP I NEED! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HELPED BY KIND PATIENT AND CARING EMPLOYEES OF THIS AGNCY. UNFORTUNANTLEY I HAVE HAD TO CALL ON THEM FEW MORE TIMES THEN I WOULD LIKE TO, BUT ITS NICE KNOWING THAT WHEN I DO NEED TO CALL I DONT NEED TO WORRY THE STRESS OF POSTING A BAIL THEY HAVE ALWAYS MADE IT FAST AND ACCOMADATING.....THANK YOU LACEY O'MALLY!!!!!
