Close to health facilities which offer mainstream western medicine as well as traditional herbal medicine and practices. Many social service agencies are nearby offering both legal & referral services. Imperial House is situated in the center of public transportation - bus lines, Sounder commuter rail and Amtrak all within walking distance.Imperial House is a HUD subsidized apartment for seniors. You must be 62 years or older. 30% of income applies towards rent. First priority for all vacancies must come from our waiting list. Please call the number above to be placed on our list.
