Icicle Seafoods is a provider of seafood and services. In 1965, a group of local fishermen and employees purchased the Pacific American Fisheries cannery in Petersburg, Alaska. The company was incorporated as Petersburg Fisheries and later became Icicle Seafoods. Its year-round processing facilities are located in Seward and Homer, with support sites at Ninilchik, Dillingham, Dutch Harbor, Naknek and St. Paul Island, Wash. Its most recent ventures into innovative solutions has led Icicle Seafoods into product diversification. Its surimi seafood processing facility in Bellingham, Wash., allows the company to provide value-oriented seafood products to a wide range of customers.
