Founded in 1993, Forsberg & Umlauf offers client service in civil defense and insurance coverage litigation. It offers a wide range of services in general tort and insurance defense, maritime coverage and defense, professional liability, environmental coverage and defense, and employment, construction and product liability litigation. It members are involved in most of the large environmental insurance coverage cases litigated in Washington and Pacific Northwest states. The firm offers various community services through its work with the Washington State Bar Association, King County Pro Bono Neighborhood Legal Clinics, Volunteer Legal Services, YMCA Mock Trial Program, the City of Hope AIDS and Cancer Research Center.
