Dr. Howe is a UW acting assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. She works as a consulting psychiatrist in the Mental Health Integration Program and at the UW Medicine Center for Pain Relief at UWMC-Roosevelt.Her professional interests include the psychosomatic aspect of disease processes and application of psychoanalytic understanding to diagnosis and treatment in non-psychoanalytic settings.
