It offers more than 35 types of breakfast options, including buttermilk, Swedish, sourdough and French batter pancakes, as well as homemade pancakes. The restaurant also offers soups, chowders, steaks, seafood, pasta dishes and desserts. Pig N Pancake s menu includes pancakes and waffles, fruits and cereals, eggs and omelets, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees and beverages. It also provides catering services and serves various specialty dishes, including filet mignon, saut ed prawns with lemon and drawn butter, roasted garlic rubbed New York strip steak and baked pacific salmon with creamy white sauce. The restaurant maintains locations in Astoria, Cannon Beach and Seaside, Ore.
