I first called for an appointment at Untangled after noticing they were open during a visit to the nail salon next door. I got an appointment with Jenn for a haircut and was very impressed with the cut, as well as how she took the time to show me how to style it at home and get the same great look. I came back a few weeks later for a cut and highlights, and I LOVE how my hair turned out. Jenn is really friendly and really takes the time to listen and understand what you want. My husband actually noticed and commented on how good the color looks, and I'm loving how easy it is to make my hair look great every day. She gave me a young, fresh look that is easy to style and looks as good after a week as the day it was first cut. The salon is decorated in very soothing colors that remind me of the ocean/beach. Shade of blue and brown in a very contemporary feel add to the relaxing experience. They also carry a line of styling products called 'Bumble & Bumble', from a fancy New York salon. I got the styling creme and the 'does it all' spray, which I love. They give the hold of mousse or gel, without making your hair feel crunchy. It stays soft, but holds great.
