He is one of the very few lawyers you will meet who doesn't act like he is above you, or smarter than you. He spends alot of time with you and explains the law without all of the fancy legal words so that you can understand what is happening to you and how to go about dealing with your problems. He's a good guy.

There are only a very few attorneys who actually enjoy spending time with you, talking to you, and explaining things to you in a way that you understand. Attorney Simon is one of those few....and as strange as that sounds, he is also one of the best personal injury and workers' compensation trial attorneys I have ever meet....and I have met quite a few in my life. If you need an attorney, Mr. Simon is a "Do Not Miss!"

If I could give 6 stars I would. I was injured on the job, NO, I WAS INJURED! (on the job) Thanks to the millions who are actually just to lazy to work or think Carpel Tunnel Syndrome is a carer ending work related hazard I forced to seek legal council. Carpel Tunnel? I'd guess 95% or better of the male plaintiffs seeking damages because of this caught it in the shower. So here I am stuck having to talk to a man whose job it is to ADJUST THE TRUTH. Normally I can read a person in a second flat. I couldn't with Michael so that told me I either had the best or worst attorney in the world. Knowing I could just walk at any time I decided to give him a chance. I was HURT so there wasn't much to argue about but for some reason the legal system makes even an easy case time consuming. Over the years Mike evolved from my Lawyer to my friend. I still hate the law and liars, but I like Mike. Oh, and you can be sure I made his work with me no easy task.
