I just did a little research on them. They claim an address in a mall in Scottsdale Arizona. I called the number that was listed snd a private person picked up the phone. When I confronted them about the adress they told me: Thank you for bringing this to our attention it may have been an old adress we moved. When I ask how could not known for sure if this is your adress for your headquarters or was at some time something is not right. I posted a screen shot of there so called address on there facebook page. Every awnser that comes back is worded strange. Almost sounds like there call and respond center is outsourced, yet they call them a SHOP LOCAL SITE. They blocked me now from responding on there facebook page. Well that's a way to get rit of people who ask to many questions. Something just does not feel right. I wish I could post pictures of my screen shots here.

This place is awesome.Very reputable businesses and secure payment! I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them. Give them a chance. Shop Local! Shop with confidence!

Worst customer service, do not waste your time or dollars. Impossible to get a reply from emails, phone calls, you name it - they're horrible. They cancelled my order after a month of virtually no communication. They did refund my money but didn't get product, could never reach anybody - ever.
