Please consider this advice if you are considering making an appointment at AAD, and more specifically with Henry Roenigk. I was seen a year ago at AAD for removal of a cyst. I was told by Dr Roenigk that he should not have closed the wound and that he failed to provide an RX as an antibiotic. The work completed by AAD had to be reversed in the ER; I had to obtain treatment for an infection along with multiple visits to another provider to remedy the AAD errors.



AAD Risk Management contacted me on many occasions asking for documentation to assist with financial responsibility resulting from their error. 13-months later, I learned from the Office Manager, (Monica) and Risk Management Regional Directors (Paula and Megan) that they decided to not honor prior commitments to assist with the additional bills. Despite documented medical records from other providers validating the source of the infection and incorrect treatment, AAD feels that they are not the root cause of my infection.

The Doctor does great work and is very nice but the secretaries are horrible. They confirm wrong dates and dont work with you when they mess up your appointment.
