Founded in 1985, Briq's Soft Serve is a chain of ice-cream parlor specializing in one pound cones. Based in Schofield, Wis., it provides seasonal favorites, including strawberry rhubarb sundaes, caramel apples, turtle/strawberry sundae, brownie Briq Mountain and flurries. The ice-cream parlor also serves slush floats/whips, banana split, shakes, malts, root beer floats, cookie coolers, take home quart soft serve, bags of ice and more. Briq's Soft Serve caters to its customers in Central as well as Northern Wisconsin.
