I do not know how this place stays open. I have left work early as to make it in time before they close, to find out they closed early. In person everyone there including the owner acts like you interrupted their day. Laundering money, LOL, something else is going on here.

Take your business and time elsewhere. You can get products shipped through Summit or American Muscle twice as fast. And what they do have access is across town in a warehouse they don't own and are only the middleman. If the part is wrong, you will be driving another hour back and forth.

I ordered from the Web site 4 weeks ago and they never sent my part. I called 4 times, talked to someone and left my number for a return call with the order status. They won't call me back. Do not order from them!

Like others also did, I made very bad experiences with “White’s Pit Stop”! In January this year I ordered a primary belt drive kit for my HD shovelhead and I payed via PayPal USD 617 for the kit and additional USD 80 for handling and shipping to Europe. Until now I didn’t get the article, they refuse to send me back my money, not even they give me any response of all the emails and faxes, I have sent to them! I am quite sure now, that they do not have this kit and they betrayed me.If somebody has an idea how to force them to answer me or even to give me back my money, please help me! Thank you very much in advance!

I met Phantom at whites 3 years ago. They always treated me like family from the 1st time I set foot in the door. I ride exclusive Evo Hareys and let me tell you ....you will not find a more knoweledgable group of people anywhere...they have access to all the parts you would ever need even hard to find ones. They have always been up front....ordered parts in a timely manner and been very helpfull with advice. I have two other false reports from the same two guys on several websites claiming that Whites did them wrong....I can say for a fact that there must be more to the story than the little bit these two NIMRODS are sharing. My name is Joe and I promise you if they were as bad as these guys claim then me and a hundred more guys would be backing them up......have no fear abiut dealing with Whites as I personally vouch that they are top notch. I spend hundreds each year and will continue to do so. These guys are the best....thanks Phantom!

They tell you thy have what you want and they ask you to pay via pay-pal and they never send your order and ignore your emails for weeks . Only time they will respond is when you file a claim through pay-pal and then they say " Oh I am sorry we were out of stock and waiting for more to come in" Problem with that lie is i caught them selling them on e-bay after i paid them for them through their webpage. In fact they sold one today , the same day they gave me the excuse they did not have them.

NEEDED PART FOR MY IRONHEAD. COULDNT FIND IT ANYWHERE BUT THEY FOUND IT FOR ME. DEALT WITH A LADY THERE THAT KNOWS HER HARLEYS BETTER THAN MOST OF THE GUYS OUT THERE.

When they tell you the parts are instock and coming in they are not. Horrible place, looks like a swap meet.
